Journaling for Beginners

So you hear everyone and their mom talk about journaling but you have no idea where to start. Should you write everything or just highlight a few things? Write for 5 minutes or for 1 hour? I want to break down a few things for you so you can better understand what I do for journaling and hopefully you can take away a few tips from this. 1. Set a timer- Most days I set a timer for how long to journal because I love it so much, I could do it for hours! I suggest starting a time and writing as much as you can in that time.
